Maybe I drank too many reds tonight but threw up a little on the keyboard reading this lol.

If at first you don't succeed, gold pour hmmm, then try for an easier target right haha. 2 attempts at a real hurdle, ie gold pour, for Performance "options" (you know, the ones like shareholders get with a pesky exercise price for reality check), then finally issue options with an unf*@&%able hurdle and no exercise price so that even a comatose director could collect in his sleep... wtf??! 

Since when did performance incentives sink as low as the hurdle of "just turn up, or at least don't get sacked for absenteeism or ineptitude while getting paid anyway"?
