wishful thinking doesn't build a ferro alloy smelter.
It takes cash/money and lots of it.
Writing drivel like "we are in for a very exciting 2018 we will be rewarded for our patience just ignore all the negative postings everything is under control",
Such comments just doesn't cut it. Where will all the cash come from. Maybe the "imminent" DSO that never eventuated
How far will $4 million bucks go, not very far.  Maybe another couple of billion shares will raise enough, but its doubtful.
You blokes need to do some serious research, its not possible to exactly know what the costs would be in Indonesia , however I'd say costs would be similar to India.  So its possible to know how much  it would  cost in India  to build or upgrade an existing smelter . I note one smelter with one furnace recently spent $2 million just to comply with new environmental concerns.  
India is a major ferro alloy producer, why? answer.... The rising cost of power in South Africa and China has improved the competitiveness of Indian producers. There are many  hundreds of ferro alloy smelters in India, all of them have power costs less than half of GMC.
