Regarding the BIG shareholders, according to the 2014 annual report, ADMARK Investments own 10 Million shares . . . by far the largest holding . . . which is owned by the super fund of Mr J Pinto. He cannot be too happy with what has happened.

ADMARK is also one of the largest holders of IFE. So after the merger he will still be probably the largest holder.
