If this purchase of Wayne's performs as per his last purchase two months ago (21% drop), PEN will be at 16.5 c in 2 months. So 15 c by end Jan 19 is possible. I think @tutes is right, Wayne should have waited. I do concede though; a director buying is better than nothing.
Many months of grind ahead. Nothing to re-rate the SP in my opinion. Down is more likely than up.
