re: Ann: Change of Director's Interest No... My understanding asteroider is that the placement and ferrosilicon deal/production are interlinked. As we're no closer to production, this is obviously not going to happen for at least 3 months. So yeah, forget about the placement and acquisition for now. BTW, I think the way they raise money at a premium is because they manipulate the shares issued, price paid for asset etc so that a raising at a premium looks good. THIS IS JUST MY THEORY and opinion.

As I said, I don't think there is a ban on something outside their control. SO I think it is all fair game. We just need this f'n loan and some honesty.
