There is the outstanding overdue acquisition and the +30c placement.

On the first point alone there should be a ban on director trading, hence I can infer it will never happen and they just cannot be bothered to fess up to that. Ditto for the placement. These two are linked in my mind.

I cannot see a way a director could have legally purchased shares unless the acquisition and placement is off. ASIC will be notified if this is not the case.
