Nice to see Toby buying again, but I'm curious and maybe one of the smarter members here can enlighten me?

Toby bought 150,000 shares "on market" for a consideration of $60,000. That's an average buy price of 40 cents.

Apart from a few trades we haven't traded at 40 cents since August'17. Was Toby the only one to buy at 40 cents this week? My buys were certainly much less than 40 cents.

Still topping up.
