There is no established time frame for a "black out period" that prevents a director from buying. Due to rules around continuous disclosure, as long as the market is deemed to be "fully informed" a director can buy.
For this example, BKT could release a price sensitive announcement tomorrow provided they had no prior knowledge. But, they have given rough estimates of news flow and so would avoid buying too close to windows of expected news inflow.
