Directors would already be 'in the know' thats why they are there....so to buy a large parcel too early from onvestors who aren't aware of a bonanza Ann could be considered highly unfair and unethical....l would not have much regard for a Director, nor the Company, if that were to happen. I would imagine they would be the first to jump ship also. Good investors support creditable management...fly-by-nighters dont survive long term.
