Yeah it's basically a judgement call. BKT have identified to the market an early August timeframe for spherical results I believe.
To buy shares now and release the results the next day may not be best practice - maybe they have a good idea of when they'll be in and buying now signifies they are still a week or so away. Just a guess as I don't know the inner workings of business though
