Is this due for a run up soon?

Been watching the SP slowly halve over the last year in disappointment. I still believe in the company and its products and strategy, but now I'm deciding whether to sell at a loss before June 30th to offset other gains, and then perhaps buy back.

Does anyone have an honest opinion on whether the recent buy from Roger will spark a short term run up, or a long term reversal upwards? Or just more downtrend? His last 4 or 5 announcements have all been buys, and at higher prices. Is he averaging down for a major reversal, and will it happen soon?
