Yep 100%.
FMG had a JV on the land but pulled out because of cost cutting and simplifying. Never drilled a hole but did a lot of good field work management are working through.
Too big for RIE themselves to explore imo so a new JV would be good.
They need something like AUZ did with JRV or aquire the lease outright imo. They need a few walk up drill targets in an interesting on the verge but relatively unexplored area.
They have good management and it's time they had a go themselves on a project imo.
