I would say forget the SPP, that's small change. If they thought it was such a good deal at these prices they should have bought on market showing support for the SPP being at a discount. Looks like they think are in desperate need of cash hence the cap raise and directors not buying substantial amounts of equity. They'd rather risk someone else's money than their own of course
