They are already cash backed (cash + scrip) and their JV partner PNR has advised they intend to recommence mining
Director buying stock on market and high grade gold found in first hole
PNR still must spend $4m on exploration, and then a balloon payment of $2M to buy out BNE or $4M of royalties
Double the market cap in free carried exploration to come, then a likely payment of $2M, perhaps $4M
Wouldn't be surprised to see MAT have a crack at taking them over
Good value here when you understand the numbers and JV
