One would think he knew the C/r was coming. If true he wouldn't have been allowed to sell his shares before making this public. I am not a lawyer but this is my take on it.
I can easily offset this loss. Having read the thread, some others are not so fortune though.
Anyway, perhaps they pull a rabbit out of the hat
