    sad thing is why would thay announce this after the trading hault
    isnt fair for the share holders who could have decide to pull out on this Ann

    they better have some magic up there sleeve
    hopefully other major SH will also be unhappy

    please don't make it worse by throwing your share away at rediculus price
    this will kill all of us including your self on opening.
