No one needs $400k+ that quickly.. $50k for your daughters wedding or $10k for a family holiday maybe, but to flog off the whole lot!!??. The director selling is a huge red flag.

If he didn't see the upside in holding, ask yourself why would you cross your fingers and pray?

By all means try and trade your way out of this is you have the time, capital and patience, but I wouldn't be holding on for some miracle announcement and a feasible project.

Best case, if the raising goes to sophisticated investors, wait for the pump and sell into it. If it's all retail, get out quickly imo
