Should?? he also have taken the opp to remove his interest relating to IRC as he is no longer a director. Atleast note he is no longer a director. Wheels definately turn slowly regarding reporting, just like being slow to send out/ann the option expiry. Someone probably had to remind them. Wonder if they need a new company secretary as the current one seems half asleep imo.
