I am really interested to find out how difficult it is to convert JORC 1997 to JORC 2012 compliant resources.
I note that WWI had a 12m ounce resource compliant with JORC 1997 which, under JORC 2012, constitutes a 3.26m ounce resource.
My experience with NTL (using historic and fresh data to create a JORC 2012 compliant resource) is that sometimes it just takes a few extra samples to finish off the requisite modelling to bring the resource to JORC 2012 standards.
An extra 9m ounces of resource could do some interesting things for this company, among the other avenues of progression
