OK. The SPP is over and done with and the 3B has been lodged with ASX (1/11). Since then, Change of Directors Interest Notices have issued for each of Hackett (2/11), Skene (5/11) and Morrell (5/11) but not yet for Rowley. Back on 20/9, the following was stated, with the release of the SPP:....
"The Group’s Directors have each indicated their intentions to subscribe for the maximum number of NewStapled Securities under the SPP."
Rowley is also up for rotational re-election at the AGM (NOM 30/10), as is Morrell (1st time round). The X/3Y C/DIN for Rowley is therefore the only notice presently outstanding in respect of the BOD (having regard to ASX 20/9) and what's left to report on the SPP outcome.
