That is generally true, though you are, in effect, claiming the product does not exist at all / the trials did not happen / the patent application is faulty (which would mean marking or advertising it as such to the public through ASX announcements is outright illegal).
I am not saying you are wrong. I am listening to you where most probably ignore you.
I am saying that given what has been announced officially from a company that must maintain very high standards of operation to maintain it's public listing and various sensitive MC licences, you need to produce some evidence (as you suggest) to support your claims. I must take their word over yours unless you offer something tangible.
