Suspect the take up of the SPP is going to be low and with no underwriting it presents a slightly unpleasant problem as the CBA has provided interim funding for the newly acquired, yet to be organically converted, no stocked farm down on the coast that will be costing them whilst it is unproductive on top of everything else. Timing seems to be a skill not yet acquired.
