With the previous cap raise at 30 cents there was always the expectation that another cap raise was required. There is no such expectation this time. Ralph Schmidt is building a substantial business backed by industry giants towards being cashflow positive in huge growth markets. Ralph has built tech business' before from not much to billion $ exits. He thinks this has the most opportunity.
