TGA is thorn. i noticed there was a drop of 15% in the sp in one week. i assume this is the period you are talking about, i dont know any details about that stock.
in this case we dont know the reasons for both directors reducing their stock. the general financials look fine, except you might consider that the share price has reached full value. wait and see i guess.
