re: Ann: Change of Director's Interest No... directors have been hbuying in the 100's of thousands for a long time, all the way down from 40-50 cents. They are taking a pounding.

You would have to ask why they are doing this? Is the business going to deliver profits? Well look at the track record. Booked profits have been reversed or failed to materialise fully. Doesn't this concern you?

Cashflows don't materialise as claimed and when they do, they engage in transactions with seemingly related parties. Is this in order to "recycle" the cash?

Are the directors actually buying with their own money from the market or are they pre-arranged transactions to purchase from known entities on the market to give the appearance of the director actually buying with their own cash? who knows?

But you have to ask how one can continue to justify investing millions of dollars into a spiralling stock with dubious commercial or investment merit? How do they justify this to their partner/family if it is truly their own cash?

I would say this: I have been right on this stock all the way down from the high 30's, right down to 7-8 cents. I think it will continue its downward spiral due to a lack of business, profits, cashflows and credibility.

If you think I am wrong then put your points forward. I am not going away.

My sentiment remains a very STRONG SELL.
