I have an opinion just like anybody else and it is based upon fact. The facts that NBS have repeatedly failed to deliver what they promised. IMO their reporting standards have been less than what I would expect from honest management. They have acknowledged this and then continued with a nice bait and switch with trustdefender.

NBS have raised over 100m in less than 2 years and what have they done with this money?

You don't invest in hope and unicorns. You judge a company by its actions.
