I don't believe their contracts in China and Malaysia will ever return a material and sustained profit with supporting cashflow.
They have proven on no less than a dozen claims and perhaps a dozen more serious and questionable decisions that what they say is not to be taken on face value. I find it difficult to believe one word they say.
Their disclosure continues to be appallingly cavalier and mostly non-existent until long after the fact and usually when they have another rabbit to pull out of the hat to distract investors. But we are not distracted at all.
After their nexcode shenanigans (booking 40 odd million in revenues in the final 2 weeks and then writing that off 6 months later!), I would agree with morley; 2 years of clear transparent reporting and delivering commercial results.
Until then, this stock remains a VERY STRONG SELL in my opinion. Not giving advice though :)
