Standards vary.

Given NBS/ETC/EMT history, I would have thought just one set of financial accounts that met market (or exceeded) market expectations and carried no questionable transactions or surprises would be the bare minimum. Otherwise, the kindest take on statistical outcome would be that of a roulette wheel.

For my own standards, risk does not always equal return. I wouldn't touch them without 2 years of consistency, transparency and a change of management.
