re: Ann: Change of Director's Interest No... Morley, If this is the motive then I understand the passion behind posts and fair enough. The question is how long will this worthwhile crusade continue if there is no evidence in the future that validates past behaviours? We all know the market will make up its own mind regardless of what is said in forums. Do you not agree that going forward a post should be negative or positive based on current developments other than a general 'buyer beware' based on past behaviour?

The corporate governance of NBS has been appalling and I note the appointment of Robert Whitton as another independent director as a positive development.

I will acknowledge the numerous posters (including TBE) if future developments mirror that of the past. I will have noone to blame other than myself. If it was up to me I would remove CFO from being a Director (poor corporate governance) and make other changes to ensure some of the 'bad smell' of the past is removed.

We shall see what happens. I obviously hope things are positive going forward but time will tell.
