re: Ann: Change of Director's Interest No... I have stated many times that I actually made a small profit on BS before taking my money. I got out shortly after the Malaysian contract appeared to be put on ice.

    1. surely at these price levels

No, not at any levels. Low SP's don't equate to good investing opportunities. Good business profit prospects do.

    2. + the fact the recent capital raising was fully underwritten

Underwritten by whom? I have my doubts about the source of these funds and where they were eventually deployed by NBS as they don't seem to have any such business that would require the capital that was raised. Where are the customers?

    3. + the fact that most of the existing instos/ directors have taken up their allocations

Which instos? You have Blackrock and one other group (i can't remember their name) who are apparently considering their legal positions with respect to NBS market disclosures. They also blocked NBS previous attempts to engage in a transaction of dubious commercial merit. In my opinion, this is why they have a capital raising, to dilute these instos who would not take part in the raising thus reducing their influence.

    4. + the fact that a new significant investor has recently come on board - means that many others better qualified than you guys have decided that NBS has a very positive story.

Which significant investors? Who are they, where are they from and what is their track record? Every major well credentialed insto who ever fell for NBS from QIC to Blackrock have regretted doing so.

You are either falling for the same old confidence tricks by NBS, or I am guessing you have some association with the company.
