Those shareholders must certainly be aware of the situation and would not be happy for directors to continue to drain the company of finances with their salaries/bonuses while the company does nothing. They have the leverage to make something happen . . . we small holders do not. Something may be happening and the Majors may be aware of it. . . . but what about us?

Communication of some positive strategy/plan would be welcomed by us small holders.

Havent given much thought as to the % holdings if we merge. Will our directors get more/less control of the merged TRF/IFE co ??
