You noticed that the remuneration report failed significantly at the last AGM. This was because some major shareholders wanted to send a message that they were unhappy. Those major shareholders are probably still unhappy as they have much more at risk that small holders like me.
Those shareholders must certainly be aware of the situation and would not be happy for directors to continue to drain the company of finances with their salaries/bonuses while the company does nothing. They have the leverage to make something happen . . . we small holders do not. Something may be happening and the Majors may be aware of it. . . . but what about us?
Communication of some positive strategy/plan would be welcomed by us small holders.
