I can confirm that Elsight management along with sales staff have been busy marketing their offerings at conferences in various cities. Provided a lot of their target customers are defense/government entities; it's not uncommon for contracts to take some time to be finalized however once implemented are very sticky. Nevertheless, ELS have repeatedly proved that their technology is world leading and that they have a multitude of verticals at their disposal.
I wouldn't worry about the decline in the share price; this has been on the back of effectively no volume...
