Tin, I think I can understand why...... asset value is one thing, actual performance is another. I think that the article was implying that theres no value in ANY share unless it performs, therefore making it attractive to investors.
No investors = no rising share price ! Money in The bank is what counts and that can come in the form of capital appreciation or dividends. In the case of ALF its mostly a case of “Move along... nothing to see here “ !
