As far as I can find (please correct if anyone knows better) - the law is essentially captured under the insider trading blanket - although ASIC has guidance advising that companies have an internal policy governing trading restrictions.
Off topic Jarveg - but I'm currently in Italy and was excited to find a speciality store with Vegemite today! Until I saw the 12 euro price tag for the small 220g jar .
