Its a good sign, yes, but look at how much money he is getting paid?
He must be embarrassed that a "Risk" security company that must be trusted by its clients cant even get basic forecasting correct.
Isnt security conservative, under forecast and over deliver ??
Why would a firm that needs integrity to operate continually do things to undermine credibility?
