But I have serious doubts, and I have had them for quite some time now with the current management team.

I wouldn't exactly call a piddly amount of less than $20K between 2 directors a "vote of confidence".
What's more the smaller of the two ( $4851.50) is chump change in this day and age.
It's more like a "cheap hopeful punt" using some spare lazy money lying around.
Not at all what I'd call a "real" confidence booster. How come "Richard isn't buying some?
