Thanks for that info. From what I can see from ASX announcements LC has purchased on line 1,228,454 SGO shares in the past month or so and has just sold 221,403. The number of "breach" shares he has to sell are 2,222,220 so he has a fair way to go if he wants to maintain his original holdings including the number of breach shares. It just doesn't add up - yet
