If you were such an expert in Linguistic's then why did you bang on excessively about the ' Less than Candid ' assertions by the ASX.    I would have thought you would first check that there is no law against crafting your responses with less ' Candour ' than perhaps you need ....or even want.....or are required to.  

I would hardly think a relentless and extended ASX interrogation would warrant or even prescribe or set up the landscape for a more or less ' Frank ' back and forth discussion.   These are legal matters which are complicated by legal client privileges and third party confidentiality's  - and so are not often able to be discussed.   You can't  just dump them  into the ASX forum for all to see  - hence the reason some documents were in fact excluded from Shareholders in the beginning discussions.   Did the ASX offer any sort of immunity for perhaps some bad advice received by either Organisation.  Answer : NO

However , you saw it fit to continue to interpret this so called ' lack of Candour ' as representing a complex Lie by the mutual BOD of VIC and HDY and their adviser's and /or their consultants.   Whatever happened to our legal systems premise that ' Innocent until proven Guilty '.   Your'e not from here so maybe you do things differently. 

Here is the definition for you to study and learn from it  :-

“Candour” is the  quality of being open and honest. It has a similar meaning to frankness. So someone displaying a lack of candour is not being frank with you. They are holding back. They are probably not lying but they are not telling the whole truth.  

You were also the poster who had both VIC and HDY written off completely on a number of your calls - which of course never occurred.   I also know you were a strong supporter of the even more ridiculous comments that for HDY it was "Arrivederci Roma" - " Goodbye my Love " - " It's All Over " 

And I do agree it is not the place or time for a poster to continue this rubbish when others are potentially in angst over what might amount to a total financial loss - including myself.    I mean seriously - in excess of 700 posts between these two companies in only 4 months.   All the while the companies have both been suspended.    Total Drivel IMO - and for that not one single like from me.
