Feel sorry for the new secretary. Nothing like getting a job... then finding the business is like 2 inches from a cliff overlooking rocks. Maybe they're getting the new one to rattle the can during lunch breaks so they can squeeze out a few extra days.

I think we all have a right to know where the $$$ has been going during this extended break, if just wages they need to give it back if we don't trade again.

This is exactly why solicitors put caveats on properties. Basically so the asset is not simply ground into nothing at someone elses expense.
