Well hey, I can appreciate your passion.

But I will point out we already have a voice and I like to think we all exercised it at the last GM. It didn't go well or have any noticeable effect.
HDY and VIC are in suspension for different reasons. HDY are suspended for the dodgy type transactions that been occurring and VIC are in suspension because we share a common BOD. Which does make the situations different.

We all thought we invested in a company that would a professional show. It's not. And yes it sucks and yes we are likely to lose all money invested. The ASX and even your lawyer could not come up with anything.

But I ask this, has your voting block received any communication directly from the BOD? Has it been able to pick any new directors? I personally don't think they care with they have the endorsement of a small percentage of the vote. That's a brutal statement but all signs point to it being true.

Now given they spend bugger all time actually running either companies I like to think it might have got them a little spooked. But I would bet that they have spent the little time they spend running the company on the phone shoring up the votes of the large stakeholders. Rather than fixing the problems they made.

I suspect the top 20 list is full on their cronies anyway. Who can even get a current list to start contacting them, to see if they could be swayed.

My previous post I point out why I think a BOD change, right now, is not a good idea. Better the devil we know.

And regardless of what we do or don't do, only 2 things will happen from here.

Delisted/into administration
Suspension lifted and trading begins again.

All signs actually are starting to point to suspension being lifted, or the BOD are doing their slimy best.
If this occurs, my bet is going to be a massive sell off by retail investors, which will drop the SP.
This will effect their pay and lifestyle. They will do something to increase it again, simply for their own benefit.

Don't take my lack of actions for a lack of angry, I'm just not into false hopes and over complicating things. Everyone's different and do understand why some feel the need to do something or anything.
