I think I can probably agree with the majority of what you have to say there John1985. It would be great if a reliable director could be found to take over as the executive chairman and who was committed to cleaning up VIC and being honest with ordinary shareholders. Now where is that Batman or Superman and why would they want to take on the job. Fat chance of that happening I guess. 
I will reserve judgement on what this Dane guy can do when the problems are not really with who fills the company secretary role.

However, the chances of him being able to do anything is all theoretical since VIC has most probably run out of money and who would want to front up with any funds given the nature of operations over the last several years.

It won't be my posts that will prevent it from trading.
