Well Sentia, you and I share the same opinion of the cash flow issue. To be honest, I considered all money I have invested to be lost at this stage. Always a huge risk at this end of the market.
And while I am pretty sure I have read just about all your posts across both HDY and VIC threads. I'll point this, you cover a wide range of issue from all announcements that come out, you rarely point out anything that anyone interested could not read for themselves. And in all honesty at the start you presented facts that clearly warranted further conversation (in my opinion anyway), you got shouted down and now seem to have bought into the popular posting style of - their crooks, ASX are thieves, this all illegal. It gets tiresome after a while. Believe it or not, I more or less agree with these points. But it's all about what you can prove in a court. And so far, all the investigations have come up with nothing.
So that leaves us in the position we are now. As shareholders, what can we do to improve the current situation? Lawyers and class actions? No clear evidence of any laws being broken, with the exception of the cash flow, which if the BOD can't prove to the ASX, we won't get out of suspension. Go down the path of HDY? Can't see any advantage to creating a group of shareholders at this stage (unless we could get a far larger portion of votes- ideally greater than 50%), however down the track it might be worth looking into. We could just continue to have rants and raves on HC, gets tired quickly but it is good to vent sometimes.
So I ask again, what can we do? I cannot think of anything, or I would have already bought the idea up. I ask everyone that reads this forum, what can we do? And all I ask is present some chance of a favourable outcome or achievable objective/s.
I would be super happy to see a good idea or any idea, with even a small chance of success, but an actual chance.
I'm my opinion, there is not much. So I'm sitting and waiting and watching to see what this BOD are going to do to rectify the mess they have made. I like to think, they might still have a trick or 2 up their selves. I mean their have run this dodgy show under the radar for a long time and in my opinion that's takes a bit of talent to not get caught out until now. If they don't, well nothing has changed.
And for the record, I too will not be buying more shares until I can see that I'm not repeating the same mistake. But on the same note I'm not going to sell them straight away, if gets out of suspension. Hell if they can gets us back to trading, I would like to see if they have any more tricks up their selves.
For the record, I don't find your posts childish, just you do not present anything new. I am pretty everyone knows that if you hit the BOD with your car, you would reverse over them a few times. I'm pretty sure that applies to everyone who has invested. I know I would.
I do find the suggestion that I might work for them, very rude. I am just trying to make the best of a bad situation.
