Oh I have the time and energy. It may have come out more negative than I intended. But I ask you this, what has it achieved?

I'll point out that it would be distracting for the BOD, which given they spend bugger all time actually running the companies, that is a distraction that cannot be afforded and my opinion will have the opposite effect of what they want.

Sites like this exsist for shareholders to share consensus, so the votes they have are a waste of effort, so again no measurable impact.

Put the BOD on notice? That's a laugh, I doubt they care about retail investors, bar the feel good measures. They are already on notice from people they care about - ASX, Media etc. As a business these are far more important, especially if things go south, it will effect the next job opportunities.

I'm all about results. So I'll ask again, what have they achieved? And moving forward, what can they hope to achieve?

The only thing I can see, is it has made a whole bunch of shareholders feel like they are doing something and has given the some sense of hope and control. Admirable but pointless. I prefer realities and measurable outcomes.
