CJTJ - If some posters want to ignore reality or perhaps are plants by VIC and want to try and garner interest then so be it. I will still point out all the shonky things that prove that such attempts are unwarranted. As for for my messages I think that if you analysed them then they have covered a wide gamut of material that points out what is so wrong with this company and questions why anyone would now try to support it. The fact that it is in suspension by the ASX is proof enough that the actions by the BOD are under scrutiny.
For some to suggest that VIC is purely suspended because of its links with HDY and the comment by the ASX that it has to be satisfied with what arrangements HDY is going to put into place first before it looks at VIC does not mean that VIC is off the hook in a sense. I would suggest that yes the ASX want to decide what they are going to do with HDY and then they will focus on VIC. I am not so sure that if the ASX allows HDY to continue trading that that automatically means VIC is reprieved. We will have to wait and see what happens on that.
At the moment I think that VIC has a much bigger problem on its hands. As I pointed out in a post on the Casflow Report thread I suspect that at the previous level of monthly expenditure on running the company that the $78 k that was in cash at the end of December has run out now at this late stage of January. Therefore the company is most likely insolvent and as I understand it is a crime under the Corporation Law to be trading while insolvent ( or at least so I have been informed)
So unless the new company secretary can suddenly conjure up some significant funds real fast then he could be out of a job before he has even started. Stick your head in the sand if you want to but I prefer to be fairly fully aware of my surroundings.
To answer your last question I can categorically state that I will not be buying any further shares in this company. It would be nice if VIC actually proved to have something worthwhile other than hype and hyperbole. The shares that I have are in the bottom drawer next to the waste paper basket waiting for the axe to fall. If it doesn't fall then it will take so long for the share price to get up anywhere near where I got into this dud that I will have a long flowing white beard by that stage most probably.
I apologize for just offering you more childish and annoying comments but that is all IMHO.
