I am guilty for criticism aimed at the ASX for the length of suspension handed to both VIC & HDY.
However, when you look back, who knows what ASX found to say “ cannot unscramble eggs”.
Maybe they have an agreement in place to borrow funds from Focus Minerals, VIC, or HDY, who knows what web they weave.
What I do know ( after reading HDYs governance policy) is they are in breach relating to code of conduct, ethical conduct, conductingd fake transparent dealings and acting in the best interest of shareholders.
As a true Aussie and as Australia Day approaching, I ask, “ are we still a nation of convicts” where these financial directors, secretaries etc jump from company to company every 2 years, get paid for producing negitive results after continuous credit raising, issuing share and fake announcements.
