The facts speak for themselves, the company has not announced anything regarding cash outflows for the quarter being under forecast so it can only be assumed everything was as per the forecast released by the company. If they have spent significantly less than forecast, or raised more funding by a loan or some other means surely they would be required to inform the market, continuous disclosure and all. Are you saying the company hasn't met it's continuous disclosure obligations.
Anyway, not long now quarterly will reveal the state of affairs.
