I suppose one could surmise that they are anticipating a delisting and therefore taking pre-emptive moves for the eventual resurrection .... Least you know it may not be over entirely and whichever way the cookie crumbles..
I think there is more to the change in Co Secretary than shareholders perhaps know.
Just demonstrates to me the contrast that there is ASX compliance - vis-a vis the notice of change in Company. Secretary and subsequent change of address - Then there is the ' Stuff ' which is always planning , scheming , and plotting which is clearly going on behind the scenes and which the ASX has no real control over - and is perfectly legal......
