What a ride it has been for PDN shareholders. The outcome was very poor for shareholders and commiserations to all . However whether they took 98% of the shares or issued 10s of billions of shares at some very low price the final outcome would be the same in terms of capital preservation. I think one can treat tbis the same a a recap - of you think PDN is derisked one can buy what they would have been willing to put into a recap and increase their holdings . As an example - if one has 10k and that 10 k is now worth 100 dollars . If they invested another 10k and the SP doubles from the price it relisits, then they recover their losses. PDN was always high risk and needed the U price to go from 36 to 50 not 20 to survive.
