Looks like we have been sold another lemon of the La Jolla kind. Remember the .014c headline rate share take-up sales pitch. Actually they gave away more shares as freebies in other guises. I've decided to vote against the resolutions. Maybe that'll send the board a msg. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
